Age: 22 - 55 years old
Higher education, preferably in the field of economics and finance
Experience in similar positions for at least 2 years (experience in selling real estate / ready-made business / attracting investments, developing business plans  and presentations, working with databases, negotiating with investors and asset sellers)
Developed communication and analytical skills
Ability to process and organize large amounts of information

- Monitoring, search and selection of real estate objects, promising investment projects and offers for the sale of ready-made businesses / companies
- Data collection and analysis of real estate, investment proposals
- Maintaining a database of real estate objects, investment proposals
- Building relationships with buyers (investors) and investment seekers (sellers)
- Direct sales of real estate, business and capital raising
- Promotion of real estate, investment proposals on the Internet
- Preparation of investment memorandums, presentations, analytical opinions
- Support of transactions at all stages
- Participation in specialized events

- Earn in the form of a commission from successful transactions
- Ability to work remotely, incl. in other regions of Ukraine (as a regional representative)
