The Meat and Dairy Plant (MMK) was designed by the German company Franz Rirchfeld GmbH & Co. in 1990-91. She also supervised. The general contract, selection and supply of equipment was carried out by the German company Agriculture and Food Technologies GmbH. She also carried out technical supervision of construction and management of contractors.
The production complex was commissioned by Agriculture and Food Technologies GmbH in 1996. Ownership of the property complex is formalized by the Certificate of Ownership. The land plot occupied by the complex is 5.735 hectares. The right to use the land plot is secured by the Lease Agreement for the land plot, duly executed in accordance with the Legislation of Ukraine until 2063.
