The warehouse is located in the village of Stari Mayaki, Berezovsky district, Odesa region, Ukraine.
The complex of buildings and structures is located on a 7.5-hectare plot on the frontage of the Odesa-Kyiv highway (150 m from the highway), with an acceleration lane at the exit to the highway.
The distance to the port of Odesa is 115 km, to the port of Pivdennyi - 152 km.
The complex of buildings currently includes:
- 6 buildings of 1400 sq.m. each (8,400 sq.m. in total) have been fully reconstructed;
- one 1200 sq m building is in need of repair.
- warehouse of 1200 sq. m.
- utility and technical buildings 490 sq.m.
The land plot of 7.5 hectares consists of five consolidated plots on which the buildings and structures of the enterprise are located.

The site is connected to all the utilities necessary for its operation and has the appropriate infrastructure.
Communications:
gas supply - at a distance of 1.8 km from the site (in the village of Stari Mayaki);
electricity - electricity is supplied to the territory of the enterprise. The 10 kV line passes along the site boundary (the substation is 1100 m away), if necessary, there is a possibility of bringing a high-voltage line to the territory;
water - there is an artesian well on the territory, which requires reconstruction. The distance to the village is 800 m, where you can connect to the water supply.
Nearby are the villages of Stari Mayaki, Novi Mayaki, Zolochivske, Lidivka, Preobrazhenske, which means a large number of labourers near the complex
