Located on a leased land plot of 2.8907 hectares, equipped with a certified laboratory. The laboratory is equipped with all necessary equipment. Technologically, the elevator has a car acceptance line on which a modern auto-unloader is installed, capable of unloading any grain trucks. The elevator is supplied with water from its own well using a pumping station. There are no problems with water supply. The elevator does not have shipment on the railway track. The nearest railway track is located behind the fence of the elevator, about 10 meters from the fence. Delivery and removal of grain is carried out exclusively by cargo grain carriers. Power supply is provided by a 630 KVA KTP transformer substation. Distribution by email energy is carried out by JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia". This indicates that in the event of planned power outages. there will be energy at the elevator.
