Feasibility study for the production of cavitation heat generators.

The successes achieved by civilization in the development of science and technology are grandiose. But with the further development of technology, it becomes more and more clear that the continuation of production activities on the basis of the old methods of managing endangers the very existence of man on Earth.

All this testifies to the urgent need to search for alternative forms of energy. One of these new types of energy is the use of the cavitation effect in specially designed devices - cavitation heat generators (CTG).

A deep study of quantum theory and the theoretical and practical results obtained on its basis, as well as the use of nanotechnologies, made it possible to develop and obtain a cavitation heat generator with unique properties that have no analogues in the world.

As a result, the set goals were achieved, an exclusive finished technology was obtained, technological equipment was developed, experimental samples of cavitators were obtained, which confirmed the theoretical results.

   Advantages of CTG:

  • Simplicity of design and assembly, it is connected to the existing heating system. Ecologicaly clean. Due to its operation, there is no scale in the heating system;
  • Heating costs, compared to central heating, are reduced by up to 30%;
  • When the CTG enters the operating mode, the power consumption is reduced to 30%;
  • The energy conversion coefficient is greater than one, since the efficiency of traditional heat generators existing in the world is up to 75%;
  • A huge economic effect for large cities in the billions of dollars, due to the lack of costs for laying and repairing heating mains, as well as the elimination of thermal stations operating on coal, fuel oil, diesel fuel and gas;
  • The use of CTG eliminates environmental pollution from the combustion of gas, fuel oil, diesel fuel, coal and firewood;
  • In the night tariff system, when heating CTG water in a thermal tank, the costs are reduced from 40 to 60%.

On the basis of the plant of the Joint Scientific and Virobnicheskoy Center, industrial cavitational heat generators were created with technical characteristics that do not compromise with foreign powers, that lower co-operation, theft of patents of Ukraine, with the sphere of congestion: - rich apartment dwelling houses; - schools, kindergartens for children, likarni; - brewing shops, garages; - storage facilities; - rural objects; - cottages and dachas.

To increase production capacity, multi-purpose milling and turret-turning machines from the Japanese company OKUMA, the world leader in this field, will be used, which will increase work productivity by an order of magnitude or more, and will also affect the reduction in terms of profit.

At this time, the project is at the stage of seeking investments for the implementation of the construction of research and production complexes for the production of cavitation heat generators with a capacity of 5.5 kW; 7.5 kW; 11 kW; 18.5 kW; 37 kW; 55 kW; 75 kW; and 90 kW with heat points.

To implement a comprehensive program for the production of cavitation heat generators, the total investment should be 732,265,692 Euros for one facility.

 The net profit of manufactured products in Ukraine for the year will amount to 287 million 716 thousand rubles. Euro.

Full payback of the project will be carried out for up to two years.

Investments from 350,000 dollars.
