The constructive scheme of the building is a monolithic reinforced concrete frame without crossbars with vertical stiffening diaphragms. Parking walls - monolithic reinforced concrete made of heavy concrete class B25, 300mm thick. In the outer walls below the ground level blind area, arrange vertical and horizontal waterproofing in accordance with the project.

Overlappings - monolithic reinforced concrete, from heavy concrete of class B25, 200 mm thick. Enclosing non-bearing walls are made of ceramic large-format block TM "Keraterm" with a thickness of 380mm, M75; g=760 kg/m³, thermal conductivity coefficient 0.14 W/mK, voidness - 45%. on a "warm" adhesive mixture. Insulation of reinforced concrete monolithic balcony slabs protruding from the plane of the facade - with basalt wool "FASROCK", thickness. 50 mm., g=145 kg/m³ on the adhesive mixture.

Fasten the insulation boards with dowels and finish with decorative plaster. The installation of insulation and finishing of reinforced concrete structures should be carried out in accordance with the technology of the Ceresit insulation system. Anti-seismic seams 20 mm wide are provided along the vertical end and upper horizontal edges of the walls and load-bearing structures of the building.

Fill the seams with extruded polystyrene foam. Interroom partitions of thicknesses. 200 mm to be made from a ceramic large-format block TM "Keraterm", M75; g=800 kg/m³, on adhesive mixture. . Stair flights and landings - monolithic reinforced concrete.
