PRESENTATION OF A SITE FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A GRAIN STORAGE
OR INDUSTRIAL WAREHOUSE BASE

The proposal may be of interest to an investor wishing to build warehouse or production facilities near the EU border. The owner has a working project for the reconstruction of the production and warehouse base in the granary. A working project has been developed for the reconstruction of the production and warehouse base for a grain storage facility for 105 thousand. tons with auxiliary structures. (12 silos with a total capacity of 105 thousand tons, 6 operating silos with a total capacity of 3 thousand tons, 2 warehouses with a total area of 1500 m2, railway tracks for 21 cars. The parameters of the site allow the construction of additional railway tracks for 14 cars (along a short radius). Placing only a silo warehouse can accommodate 150 thousand tons.
Permitting documentation:
- declaration for the start of construction work (scheduled inspections of the State Architecture and Construction have been completed),
- contract for the supply of 440 kW of electricity,
- design materials for designing an access railway line. An existing railway passes through the land plot,
- an agreement for connection to the gas distribution system, technical conditions for connection have been received. A high-pressure gas control point is located at the border of the site.
