Investment project ‘Zolotoy Bereg’ is offered

-Analyses according to TU - a hermetic cesspool is purchased (not installed);
-Electricity supply according to TU - TP building was installed (without equipment).

Acquisition of the project -2.8 million euros, 218 euros per square metre.
Required investment -200 euros per square metre. TOTAL- 2.57 million euros.
Minimum selling price in Zatoka 650 euros per square metre.
