The S&Yu company was represented at NETWORKING on problematic issues of state registration of land plots

On July 14, 2023, a NETWORKING was held in Odesa on the topic: "State registration of land plots in the State Land Cadastre as an integral part of the process of registration of land rights."

The event was attended by:

• Nadia Grebenyuk - head of the State Geocadastral Directorate in Odesa region;
• Andrii Lupolov - head of the state land cadastre department;
• Nadia Shvets - director of the Municipal Enterprise "Technical Inventory Bureau" of the Odesa City Council;
• Olena Bolgarchuk - FOP (specialist in the field of land resources);
• Inna Ignatenko - FOP (expert in the field of land resources);
• Pavlo Dyachenko - representative of "Terracom" LLC;
• Oleg Tonenkii - representative of "Rezolyut" LLC;
• Serhiy Prosunko - representative of the Investment and legal assistance Company S&Yu;
• Kateryna Bilous - representative of Geoconsulting LLC;
• state registrars of Odesa and Kirovohrad regions.

Moderators were:

• Olena Dubrovina - state registrar, specialist in the field of notary;
• Alona Babich - head of the NGO "Aware means protected"; the state registrar of property rights to immovable property.

During the communication, problematic practical issues that arise during registration of rights to land plots, the interaction of the State Register of Property Rights to immovable property and the State Land Cadastre were discussed, as well as possible ways of solving them were considered.

In particular, the issues of state registration of rights to the reclamation network or its component part, features of entering information about the easement imposed on the land plot in the state land cadastre, features of entering information based on the old-style state act, the issue of canceling the state registration of the land plot (sequence of actions), the issue of correcting errors by the state cadastral registrar, and many others were summarized and discussed.

The participants took an active part in the event, practical advice and sound suggestions were given as a result of the fruitful discussion and constructive dialogue.
