The Belotserkovsky Tire Plant, as well as the property belonging to the company, land plots and shares of the heating plant are put up for sale.
According to Prozorro.Sales, the property of PJSC Rosava, the only tire manufacturer in Ukraine, will be sold as part of a bankruptcy case initiated in 2018. The auction is set for September 28th. Starting price UAH 1.2 billion.
The lot includes:
- property, transport, equipment, structures and 46 non-residential buildings of the plant in Bila Tserkva with a total area of more than 333,000 square meters;
- three land plots in Bila Tserkva at 83, Levanevskogo Street, with a total area of more than 72 hectares;
- movable and immovable property pledged or mortgaged. the creditor "Basis Trust", as well as the property of the bankrupt, not pledged or mortgaged to third parties;
- the right to claim PJSC "Rosava" to LLC "Premiori" compensation for more than UAH 62.6 million. debts;
- almost 435.5 thousand nominal shares of JSC Belotserkovskaya Thermal Power Plant with a par value of over UAH 2.5 million.
