S&Yu company representative Nataliya Rudakovska took part in the marathon "Construction project on easy"

During the marathon, organized by specialists of the "CLC Group" consortium, the intricacies of legal support of construction objects were investigated.

In particular, the following issues were discussed:

• audit of the land plot and/or the object of reconstruction before acquisition or determination of building intentions,
• preliminary technical and economic substantiation (TEO) of the project, risk assessment of the implementation of construction projects,
• road map for obtaining permit documentation for project implementation,
• financial and legal mechanism of the project, implementation of assets in it,
• initial data for design, project development,
• architectural project,
• classes of consequences of the future object, preliminary determination of permit documentation
• obtaining a construction permit,
• schemes for the sale of assets under the new Law "On guaranteeing property rights to real estate objects that will be built in the future",
• marketing strategy: the main points of organizing sales of assets at the facility,
• inspection of the object by the controlling authorities,
• putting the facility into operation,
• object maintenance options - additional profit opportunities.

Based on the results of participation in the "Construction project on easy" marathon, Natalia Rudakovska, manager of investment projects and real estate, was issued a certificate for completing a construction project management course at the stage of obtaining permit documentation and putting the facility into operation.
