They buy land more often than housing

Ukrainians bought 400,000 real estate properties last year.

In 2023, Ukrainians bought 404,000 real estate properties, which is 1.7 times more than a year earlier. However, this is still 1.6 times less than before the start of the full-scale invasion (631 thousand).

"Since the beginning of the full-scale boom, people started investing more money in land. Now Ukrainians buy land more often than housing. Last year, 1.3 times more land plots were purchased than apartments and houses," experts say.
