It is worth noting that PJSC Odessa Fat and Oil Plant has been bankrupt for a long time. The starting price of the plot together with the property of the enterprise is 20 million hryvnia.
The auction includes non-residential buildings and structures located in Odessa on the street. Mechnikova 132/1, 132/2, 132/3, 132/4 and 132/5. The property is pledged (mortgage) to FC Sky LLC.
Since 2016, the land on which these buildings are located belongs to PP Food Technologies and LLC Agroprom-KR. The tender documentation also states that at the time of the announcement the liquidator does not have access to the territory where the property is located.
