The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the procedure for providing state incentives for the creation and operation of industrial parks.
This Procedure provides for the provision of funds for the construction of engineering and transport infrastructure facilities necessary for the creation and operation of industrial sites, as well as compensation for connection to engineering and transport networks.
In order to use the program, you must:
- submit an application to an authorized bank before August 15, 2024;
- the bank will check the application;
- The Ministry of Economy of Ukraine will review the documents and make a decision on providing assistance;
- in case of a positive decision, a contract is concluded;
- the funds will be transferred to a special account, and payment will occur after the work is completed and the applicant pays his part.
For investors, industrial parks solve several pressing problems at once: the issue of land, connection to networks, the presence of an industrial building and reducing the cost of equipment.
This is an opportunity for park residents to:
- do not pay import duties and VAT on equipment;
- do not pay income tax for 10 years, subject to reinvestment;
- receive a preferential property tax rate and a preferential payment for land (for consideration by local government).
