Instant coffee plant located in the city of Chornomorsk, on Promyshlennaya Street, 14A. As of early April, the starting price of the lot is 78.48 million UAH.
The plant has a complete production infrastructure: an eight-story production building with an area of over 7,600 sq. m, pumping stations, artesian boreholes, water tanks, cooling towers, sidewalks, fences and other industrial structures.
As the general director of SE SETAM Roman Osachuk notes, the sale of such assets will not only help pay off debts, but will also create an opportunity for investors to give new life to industrial facilities.
The property is encumbered by a number of encumbrances, including mortgages and property seizures imposed by state and private enforcement agencies. However, the asset has great potential to resume production and attract investors to the agro-industrial sector.
